- Always confirm payment instructions with Step-Up Property Management via our official office number or email before transferring funds.
- We will never change our banking information without written confirmation issued on our official letterhead.
Be cautious of individuals posing as agents, landlords, or representatives.
Step-Up Property Management is the only management company authorised to transact, issue lease agreements, and facilitate payments on behalf of properties under our portfolio.
Report any suspicious communication or payment request immediately to our office so we can verify its legitimacy.
Step-Up Property Management cannot be held liable for any losses arising from payments made into unverified or fraudulent bank accounts.
