Founded in 2017, Step Up Property was established to meet the growing demand for professional and efficient rental management services within the middle-income housing market, an area not traditionally served by Social Housing Institutions.

Step Up Property is a subsidiary of Madulammoho Housing Association, a leading Social Housing Institution in South Africa. While Madulammoho focuses on providing quality rental accommodation for very low-income households, Step Up Property extends this commitment to middle income households.

With over 20 years of experience in rental and property management, Madulammoho currently owns and manages more than 2,600 rental units. The organization has earned multiple awards in the Social Housing sector and is widely recognized for delivering cost-effective yet highly professional rental solutions across South Africa.
